From Personal Project to Learning System.
CoreAlta began as **SkillSnap**, a personal project focused on using AI to prepare for matric exams. The original goal was simple: use AI to study smarter, not harder.
That idea quickly evolved when outreach emails were sent to education companies for feedback and collaboration. One of those conversations led to a defining moment — a meeting with the CEO of **SA Papers**, a product under **Taptic (Pty) Ltd**.
That meeting resulted in early financial support and a 5-day turnaround to bring the first version of CoreAlta online.
That was the shift — from a personal tool to a real product.

The Genesis Node
CoreAlta officially began as an early-stage AI learning platform, built with the singular mission of solving the exam prep gap.

Early financial support from Taptic (Pty) Ltd enabled CoreAlta’s first full product release and the stabilization of the logic engine.

Transitioned through multiple iterations, including V2 and V3 improvements driven entirely by real-world user performance data.
Ready for Scale
A complete system and UI overhaul was deployed to prepare CoreAlta for global institutional usage and higher-fidelity learning.
